Size exchanges are available on all items to ensure the highest fitting satisfaction.
All shirts go through multiple quality checks and tests (attached with quality check tag)so there is no chance of manufacturing mistakes.In the highly unlikely event that your shirt has a manufacturing defect please reach out to us at RitzMane's official Instagram account or email at RitzManeindia@gmail.com with pics. no return accepted at all conditions.
However you can exchange your product for 2 times.all instances, please always reach out to RitzMane at RitzManeindia@gmail.com and we will revert with the best solutions within 4 days of receiving your order. Please note that after this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.
Any items that you ship back to us without our prior written approval will not be considered for either exchange or refund, and we can not be held liable for any loss or damage to the item in transit, or its safekeeping after delivery.
Please note this point: as mentioned above we offer the most perfect ritz shirt every time we deliver. So rest assured of quality and feel. We would like to notify that there is no refund or return policy on any of our shirts .
For exchange updates we will communicate through mail ,and will also send tracking number of delivery partner you can track live status on their website.
They will contact you once it reaches your location. We will try our maximum to deliver it within 3 days. We can't be held responsible for delay in delivery by our partners. We ship our shirts through airplane to reduce the time.
